Interval Running Workouts

  • Fall Session starts Sept. 16th.
  • Tuesdays: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
  • Location will not always be the same so check the calendar each week (or download the schedule from the link below).
  • These sessions are designed to improve your road or trail running for distances between 5km to a marathon.
  • We expect to have a totally mixed pace group from 60+ minutes to sub 40 minute 10km runners. The workouts are designed to accommodate any level of runner.
  • Including warmups and cooldowns the workouts usually cover between 10 & 12 kilometers.
  • The only prerequisite is a desire to improve your running!
  • Titans membership is required for all participants. Non-members are welcome to come out and try a workout, but are required to sign a waiver.
