Welcome to the Squamish Titans website!

The Squamish Titans are a triathlon club serving members of the District of Squamish.

In addition to hosting the annual Bob McIntosh Squamish Triathlon, we are also active in each of the three component disciplines: swimming, biking and running. Our aim is to provide training opportunities for members, well organized events for our community and to promote and facilitate active and healthy lifestyles in a safe and welcoming environment (view our Code of Conduct). Tuesday, February 7th Meet at the top of Perth Drive in Garibaldi Highlands for 6:30pm (NOTE THE START TIME).


Cycling - New season pending

*NOTE: Group rides will begin again in the spring.

We are working on the 2012 season and will have some details in the New Year!

We are looking at options for indoor cycling through the winter months.

More details will follow.

Coach Roseline Grimm encourages all Masters Swimmers to 'add value' to their regular workouts by participating in one or more these events:

Sunday February 12th Love to Swim Meet - UBC Must register by February 4th. Everyone invited - no competition experience necessary.

*Starting in February, we will have one Flippin' Tuesday per month. As Tuesday mornings are self-directed workouts, I propose that I come out on the deck(and in the water) and spend 1 hour working on flips. The workout will still be posted and a lane will be available for the swimmers but people who would like to improve their flip turns, we will work on nothing but that. Lots of wall space, time to practice, video & feedback.
