The Squamish Titans are a triathlon club serving members of the District of Squamish.
In addition to hosting the annual Bob McIntosh Squamish Triathlon, we are also active in each of the three component disciplines: swimming, biking and running. Our aim is to provide training opportunities for members, well organized events for our community and to promote and facilitate active and healthy lifestyles. The Yeti World Snowshoe Invitational
Submitted by rshirt on Wed, 12/16/2009 - 12:31am. RaceWant a great winter off-road running race? Then come out to the Yeti World Snowshoe Invitational on Feb. 27 at Mt. Seymour. A Titans Team is being organized for this event which always has a great turnout and tons-o-prizes. See the Yeti website (www.theyeti.ca) for all the info.
Never snowshoed before? No problem because "if you can walk, you can snowshoe" - it's really true! Snowshoes can be rented at the event.
Masters Swimming: On deck coaching on Wednesdays and Fridays
Submitted by helle on Sun, 10/18/2009 - 9:42am.Starting on January 6th, certified coach Catherine Gendron will be on the pool deck during most Wednesday evening and Friday morning workouts (schedule and further details). Swim technique will be emphasized during these sessions.

New for 2010 - Performance Running Option: If you are planning a spring or summer race, think about joining our Performance Running Program. Experienced Titans members will work with you to develop a weekly workout schedule leading up to your goal race. Its free for club members!!
